There is now an overwhelming quantity of information available to the consumer on wellness, diet, excercise, and the general universe of health - quantity being the key word because quality is usually in question. Most people don't know where to start, where to ask questions, or how to utilize the information even if it is deemed reliable - who is the authority, who really knows, who really cares, and who should care? I invest a significant amount of time in researching the best and most concise information on health and fitness, all from the most authoritative sources, and I am pleased to bring it to you on here.
