TRINITYFIT ONLINE

Trinity Fitness is moving online. No we're not giving up our traditional fitness practive, but beginning March 2007, TrinityFit Online will become a reality and our clients will now have the option of training at their convenience, whether at home, in the office, or while traveling. Our online delivery of customized exercise plans with video demonstrations is just a click away.

Check out a sample of a customized exercise page. Links to actual exercises have been disabled. Exercise and stretching routines are changed at the necessary presribed frequency according to each individal's plan. This is not a cookie-cutter program. All fitness and nutrition plans are designed through consultation with our clients and all programs are monitored for effectiveness through regular communication.

Beginning in March 2007, Erin will begin to podcast an audio message on the web. Please check back for RSS syndication information. The hope is that it will be available right in iTunes so that you can easily subscribe and download it right into that iPod you use when you work out.
