
Welcome to the TrinityFit Online Members Only section. here you'll find lots of great information, tools, and support resources to ensure that you are successful in your quest to get or remain fit. In the left column are some helpful links to information resources that we find invaluable in the health and fitness education process. Included are links to tables for measuring various fitness indicators like BMI and RMR, a link to a free fitness assessment, a free nutrition log template that you can use to track your nutrition, and other articles and documents that will be helpful in educating yourself and making fitness more than a sideline activity.
On the right column you will find a group of links to specific workout plans. By utilizing the plans in conjunction with the video content included here online (we'll get to that in a moment), you can quickly put together a routine that is just right for your required level of intensity. Additional workouts will be added over time and if you would like to submit your own favorite workout, we'll try to get it posted for others to share.
Last, what you'll find below in the center of the page is a categorized list of exercises. They are broken into general body emphasis (i.e., arms, legs, core, total body, etc). We are also working on sequencing custom pages to specifically follow the workouts that are posted. This feature is coming very soon.
